How to make an appointment

Routine appointments

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, every morning and afternoon. Each day we open up appointments for the next 2 days and the next 2 weeks, you can now book an appointment online.

Urgent appointments

Please call between 08:00 and 11:00 or between 14:00 and 17:00 to book a telephone call back. The duty doctor will call you to assess your problem over the telephone and will offer you an appointment if you need one.

If you call after 11:00 or 17:00, unless you meet our ‘urgent’ criteria then we will ask you to call back.

Our urgent criteria are: over 75, under 5, chest pain, difficulty breathing, collapse, excessive bleeding, suicidal or a child with a rash.

Out of hours

If have an urgent health problem which cannot wait until the surgery is open please call our answering service on 020 8969 0808 or call NHS 111.

Online Services – SystmOnline

Using online services makes it more convenient for people at our practice, as there’s no need to make a phone call or visit us. Computer, Smartphone or tablet users can make or cancel an appointment at a time that suits them, even when the practice is closed.

Evening and weekends appointments available

You can book through us (during our normal working hours) to have an appointment at the Westbourne Green Surgery, Pimlico @ the Marven or Connaught Square Practice in the evenings or at weekends.
